What the specification says.......

For P2, learners must explain the principles of effective communication. The principles are outlined in three subsets – general skills, interpersonal skills and written communication skills. 


Learners should address each of these areas, choosing two or three points from each to discuss. There is no requirement to laboriously explain every example given in the content.

What the assignment asks you to do.....

The principles of effective communication are sub-divided into 3 main areas:

  1. General Communication Skills 
  2. Interpersonal Communication Skills
  3. Written Communication Skills

Addressing each of the above areas (1-3) choose 2 points from each to discuss the principles of effective communication.  


Create a new page on your blog called Principles of Effective Communication, sub headings should be used for each of the areas (1-3) above giving details of your points
