P1 - Explain the personal attributes valued by

employers 

Create a page on your blog called “Employee Attributes” and referring to the Rainbow scenario:

The important point to remember is that you must explain WHY the specific attribute is valued in the Rainbow organisation (by both other members of staff and clients).
