Barriers to Communication (P3)

Barries to Communication

P3 - Discuss potential barriers to effective communication
To do this, learners should attempt to address at least one barrier from each of the sub-headings in learning outcome 2 – i.e. general communication, interpersonal and written.
Your manager is organising a training day for the new volunteers.  The training day is about Effective Communication.  She has asked you to present a session on ‘Barriers to Communication’.
You need to describe to the volunteers the potential barriers to communication.    Address at least one barrier from each of the following sections:
1.    General Communication skills e.g. use of technology
2.    Interpersonal skills e.g. background noise
3.    Communicate in writing e.g. identifying relevance
Add this information to a new page in your blog called ‘Barriers to Communication’.
